Many ADI Trainers, instead of giving any guidance, are passing the responsibility of learning straight back to the PDI. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and of course you should be taking responsibility for your learning. However, for a majority of PDIs beginning their training, it has been a long time since they have had to do any serious revision.
