Craig is co-founder of INSTRUCT IQ.
Craig began his journey into driving tuition in 2003 after being made redundant for the 4th time in 2 years. With a background in Coaching, Management Development and Training, Craig wanted to pursue a career that allowed him to utilise the skills he had gained and be in a position to pass on his skills to a new generation of learners.
After investigating the role of what being an ADI meant, Craig looked at additional avenues that could be followed using the skills of an ADI. He quickly learned that it was not all about 17 year old new drivers and that, if he studied and worked to become the best he could then many other opportunities would be open to him.
After a miserable first check test in 2004 obtaining a grade E! He became determined that he would not suffer this same humiliation again and strived to become the best he could be. Since 2007 Craig has always maintained a top grade, acquiring two Grade 6 check test passes and is currently Grade A.
Since 2006 Craig has managed a hugely successful and popular driving school business in Herefordshire. Training and developing ADIs in his own team and beyond. With 11 cars currently on the road Craig's business is now firmly established as the largest driving school in the county.
