I Q - or Intelligence Quotient, is a measure of a person's intellectual abilities compared to others.
We chose the name Instruct because that is our job title. We are Driving Instructors. A driving instructor is a professional who teaches people how to drive safely and responsibly. We provide practical training in vehicle operation, road rules, and defensive driving techniques.
For some time now there has been a massive decline in the pass rate for the ADI Part One.
Currently, two out of every three PDIs taking the Part One are failing! That is a shocking statistic. This decline has been steady. In 2008, two out of three PDIs were passing the Part One. The largest fall seems to have been in the past few years. However, since the advancement of Apps, many PDIs are choosing Apps as their revision tool of choice. Rote learning answers whilst not necessarily understanding the content or reason behind the answers. And once passed, not able to apply this knowledge into their Part two or Part Three.
Craig and Josh firmly believe that to be the best ADI you need to have the knowledge to back up what you do and what you say. Knowledge is the foundation of becoming the professional ADI you want to be.
We see many people posting on social media about what is the best app to use to revise for Part One. We hear stories of ORDIT trainers telling PDIs to go away and do their Part One and come back when they have passed. There are very few people that are offering a Part One package to develop the knowledge base of current PDIs.

We firmly believe that the best way for you to develop your knowledge and skills is not for us to hand you the answers to everything but to empower you to seek the answers for yourself.

Whilst we would encourage you to seek for the solutions and answers yourself, we recognise that there can sometimes be stumbling blocks. Things that are closing your mind off to learning. We will be there to help
