Each December, the IQ Advent Calendar opens its doors to the driving-instructor community — bringing 24 days of coaching tasks, reflective prompts, mini challenges and beautifully designed collectible tokens.
It’s a festive way for PDIs and ADIs to stay sharp, stay curious and stay connected during the busiest time of the year.
And it’s powered entirely by AI through a dedicated seasonal GPT.

Every day from the 1st to the 24th, participants can:
1. Open the Advent Calendar GPT
The tool reveals a new learning challenge each morning.
2. Type “Unlock today’s token”
The GPT releases the day’s festive driving-instructor task.
3. Complete the challenge
Activities range from coaching questions to hazard-spotting tasks, reflective exercises and creative thinking.
4. Earn that day’s unique token
Each token is beautifully designed in the signature gold-embossed IQ style.
Some days even hide bonus side quests that award rare tokens.
