What Is the Founder Cohort?

The Founder Cohort is a group of early adopters who join us during the development and testing phase.

You’ll help validate content, shape learning materials and influence how modern instructor training evolves.

You don’t need to be an expert.

You simply need curiosity, openness and a willingness to give honest feedback.

Cohort members will:

• Test new learning materials and modules

• Give structured feedback during development

• Help refine the IQPathway Foundation Programme

• Trial AI training tools and suggest improvements

• Contribute to real-world case studies

• Share insights on what works (and what doesn’t) for PDIs/ADIs

• Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking community

PDIs

Especially those preparing for Part 3, beginning their journey, or wanting a clearer, more confident route through training.

ADIs

Instructors who enjoy CPD, coaching, reflective teaching and modern approaches to training.

Forward-thinking professionals

People who are open to new ideas, enjoy experimenting with learning, and want to shape the future rather than wait for it.

Reflective learners

If you enjoy analysing your own development, journalling, or improving your teaching, you’ll feel at home in the cohort.

Creative contributors

We love big ideas, constructive feedback, and “what if…?” thinking.
